Added stairs this weekend to my front deck. I need to move and replace the fence so the dogs have access. this will allow them access all day in case of rain and hail and snow. Deck is partially covered. original deck is weak. I think the lumber was used to begin with, and built with nails, not screws. oh and I need to pour a pad at the bottom still.

It was to just get some grass established. Kind of a temporary system. But i still use it a few times throughout the year. Like it do ya? that's one zone. $1500 please

What a craptastic sprinkler system!

I had one repair job where the valve box was doing double duty as the support pier for a flight of stairs off a deck.
