Concept looks good, price seems high to me.

It is not quite up to the quality of a real commercial machine.

For example, I bought a Toro Z 52", 19 hp Kawasaki for 5999 this year.

If you are going to do commercial work, I would look at a 48 or 52 Z and look for a used walk behind, maybe 36". You should be able to find a good one for 2000 or less.

That way you have two good pieces of commercial equipment.

If you have the convertible 48" that won't help you if you have a need to get in to small areas (gated back yards).

I have the DR46 walk behind, it is ok for homeowner use but too light duty for commercial use (has a plastic deck). I wish I had found a commercial walk behind when I bought it.

Nice looking,

But for the money, invest a little more and get a real commerical mower.

I agree!

Put some more money with what this thing cost and buy a real commercial mower. Some may know that I have one of the Rich Convertibles and it just sits. No service in this area. You can search to find post on this mower.

It might say "Commercial Quality", but that don't mean anything. Go with real commercial mowers, dude.

dr mowers

Since you all seem to "know" commercial mowers, why don't you enlighten the world and tell us your preferences and why.
