wanting into commercial

what are some ways to pick up commercial account? Is sending letters to realty companies smart? Thanks!

Can't hurt.

They won't know about you being interested in working with them otherwise. Sorta like fishing. Just throw out the bait and see what bites it. I've had good luck by talking with the owners/managers to see if they're open to an estimate and then staying in contact with them. Good luck!

run a yelloew page add and put res/comm at the top or over time theyll just bump into you and when you get them be ready with that contract

I've had good results dealing with Realtors who work with Corp relocations. They seem to have been with their companys a while and will make referals to others.
