Cub Cadet Tank Grass Clumping

I noticed on my Enforcer that it does the same thing. It doesn't clump the grass but it shoots the grass back more then to the side.

How do you adjust it??? Is it moveable. I thought it was welded to the deck.

Till it is even with the deck.

I removed mine all together. It is raining right now so can not try it out. WILL IT WORK????? Something has got to give!!!!

Ok mine is clumping now too, I think cause that metal deflector is kinda bent, see pic. I just read that it's supposed to be even with the deck, but not fully straight right? It's kinda goes out on an angle?
