Can this be done with a PDA?

Could I input 250 accounts into a PDA, and track them as they receive their applications for the day, and transfer that info into my accounting software? In other words, an almost paperless day except for bulletins and invoices left at the door?
Is this possible?

I really enjoy the discussions on integrating tech into our industry.

if you can setup a microsoft excel file with the the information you want then you can get any type of pda that used microsoft pc. I have a copaq ipaq love it. if it can be done on microsoft windows i can do it on my compaq ipaq. They are quite pricey, but well worth it in my opinion.

there lmdc is what is on the pda. Holds all your clients, records your work for the day or week. you can complete the work done. Also has job costing and job history. Might of left something out, not sure.
