how do you guys charge for sod/sprinklers

Hey does anybody out their charge by the sq ft to install a new lawn with a automatic sprinkler including soil prep if so how much?

I charge 65 cents per sq ft for new sod installation. I also charge for any rental equipment (sod cutter, tiller,...) and dump fees. Ensure that you locate, identify, TEST, and flag every single sprinkler head before you start. Preferably with the property owner by your side.

What if your installing the sprinkler system at the same time as the sod?

I charge the same price, it's as easy to pull pipe through grass as it is to pull through dirt.

Just remember to adjust your head height for the sod.
