R I P Jiggy

We had to put down our English Bulldog today. He made it to 12 years old and that is pretty darn good for a bulldog.

Going to miss ole Gitt'n Jiggy With-it even the snoring, farting and slobbering

It has been a bad day for sure. We had to put down a 14 year old Jack Russell last fall. He sat beside my daughter when she was in her crib and "watched over her" years ago. We have 2 other Jacks including one of his pups, but he was the man and could never be replaced in our hearts. I vowed I would never do this to him but he was suffering. When the vet told me we would not be discussing this next week I knew it was time to do it.

Sorry to hear that.

We lost one of ours a week after I got to Afgh. My wife called and told me what happened and I broke down at work. I had to make the decision to have him put down and it was terrible.

I know what you mean about the farting, snoring, and slobbering but I wouldn't have any other dog. Here's a pic of him and the 2 females we have now.
