Salt vs Grass
We had a New Years Eve party at our home. During the cleanup someone threw a large amount (from an Ice Cream Maker) of salt on to our grass. We have ST. Augustine grass and it is reasonably well established. Is there any way of keeping the salt from killing the grass without effecting the grass around the spill?
Thanks in advance for your response Husker

Use a shop vac to suck us as much as you can. Flood the area with water to dilute.
Good luck!

Thanks accuratelawn,
I have finished vacuuming up the vast majority of the salt and I will flood the affected area. Thank-you for your quick response. Husker
