Has anyone ever made up brochures for building contractors to show them your work and what you have to offer? I am wanting to do this and need some input.

In this area, most lco's stay away from builders as they are notorious for slow pay, bad pay and no pay. If you can find a reputable builder, who pays well, you could always give him a portfolio on a disc or cd-rom. Also include a list of references.

Good luck.

turfdude is SO correct. just keep this in mind when dealing with a building contractor. the landscaper is usually the last to get paid! sometimes you wont get paid until the property is sold too. also, if you do venture into this, i would suggest not to even start a job unless you received half the payment up front. just my opinion from past experiences
