decks
what kinds of chemical and stuff do you use to wash decks with have a wash and seal job i have to look at. or can you just use water to clean it.

Best if you just network with a good deck guy in your area and collect a bird-dog. Probably make more $$ that way by letting a PRO do it.

Micheal is right. Wood restoration is a very specialized trade (not unlike roof cleaning, and exterior cleaning), and it requires experience, knowledge, and skill to insure that it is done correctly. Best to pass up on this one, and spend a lot more time doing research, and maybe hook up with a wood restoration professional before going out on your own.
Just to give you an idea, I've cleaned and sealed dozens of decks, and I still consider myself somewhat of wood restoration novice. It is not my bread and butter, as I personally concentrate more on roof cleaning and pressure washing home/building exteriors, but this still should give you an idea of what is involved with learning the wood trade.
