What do you charge for roofs?

What is the average charge for a roof? Ex...up to 1200 sq ft, rambler. Or .25 per sq foot.

Or do you just have a like a 200 min for roofs no matter how small.

thanks
Gary

We charge $200-$400 on that size of house depending on the slopes and the ridges.

You charge what you have to make the $ you need too run your business and live the lifestyle you want. Don't worry about what other are charging, especially those that are in a different part of the country.
The other short answer is too charge as much as you can, and what your market will bare. The Jacksonville Florida market where I'm set up is cut throat and saturated which means it can be much more challenging to sell roof cleaning for as much as other less saturated parts of the country.

How will you be cleaning roofs? If your not set up to clean them fast and efficient, you will not make the money that you should be making for providing this service.
Also consider that proper roof cleaning is a two man operation, and in many states requires special insurance, licensing, and construction coded Worker Comp insurance on every Employee.
