I would say the 2 bigs ones on the bottom are Miscanthus sinensis `Strictus' or Zebra Grass. Not sure on the others but more help will come.

I suspect they are all different sorts of Miscanthus. Lemon grass is tallish (3'-4', depending on climate), very thinly-bladed with a distinct midrib, and fresh foliage is gray-green. Also, a quick crush test will make it a no-brainer.
