how should i price this drainage?

I'm going to be subbing out the driveway boring. $500 to bore under driveway, and pull a 3" pipe (i provide pipe.

I also have 3 12" catch basins, 50 ft of 4" NDS drain pipe pipe at top,

And could either go all the way down with pvc, or use drainpipe. Will do a popup drain in the parkway, as there is a slanted curb and not a pleasant way to do a curb cut.

What should this job be priced at?

I'm thinking 1100k? too low, too high? I figure half a day for my 3 guys, plus 150 in parts or so.

12 hrs. labor plus 150/ materials plus 500 for bore. I think it's too low.

12@45= 540 + 450/materials plus 600 for bore = 1600 (I know, I rounded up).

And that 45 per hour is probably cheap, I'm charging 45 for shovelman, 65 for leadman, 95 for me.

Yes, i called that number from LH u gave me, he'll charge 500 bucks to do it. I'm gonna use him.

This is the Lake Park Estates townhomes near Coit and Cambell by home depot. We landed the landscape maintenance there. (nice proposal price - 30 man hours a week min maint / 150+ irrigation zones, already setup on SL, but desperately need REMOTE PIGTAILS!!!) Also landed the job to install new sidewalk, and redo a wrought iron fence, and install new gate (subbing it out).

We should get the LS and IRR install when they do phase 2, directly behind home depot.

sooooooooon, ive never been.

do you remember rudys rootbeer? they served rootbeer with the frosted mugs. used to be up on 75 at parker, now its turned into a hooters.
