Sentar Sport 19 HP Kaw

Do you use the FH580V or a bigger block 19, like the FH601V (a dealer I spoke to suggested the Kaw rep told him that you use the FH680V [23hp?], but, it's tuned down)?

Thank you.

jameson,

Yes we do use the FH601V engine in the Sentar Sport. The 19hp big block is part of our constant transition of engines throughout our product mix. This particular engine has been used throughout our line-up since 1999. And yes, the 19hp to 25hp engines are the same family of engines just in various levels of tune.

Best Regards

As far as I know Sentar Sports and Rapid Heights only get the FH580V as the larger block engines...the 601/641/680/721 will not fit in the constraints of the frame.

We brought in a 48" Large Frame Stander this year and it has the FH601V for its 19HP.
