The house under construction is pro golfer Charles Warren. Hope we get the landscaping but we will get the maint. if not.

People around here with small houses do their own yards. So we don't have a choice between huge and small.

Nice work as usual! What edgers do you use, must be the type of grass because I can't keep edges like that around the mulch beds.
