I'm bidding on a large church property and they want it sprayed. I will be "subbing" this out. I have the estimates and will submit bid soon. I was wondering if anybody has a sample contract that includes subcontracting details. Any advice or samples would be greatly appreciated.
Bill
Same as if you were writing a contract for a customer, fill in the details and the terms both sign it and you have a contract.

Simple and straight fwd.

Make sure you stipulate who is responsible for payment and when. Avoid third party mixups.
