Help !!! 8 hp BS horizontal carb disassembly

I have forgotten how to take the carb bowl apart to check my jet.

Please help.

Well.....I'll cut the chase......

Remove the high speed adjuster on the bottom of the bowl, The main jet is behind it. It must be removed before you can pull the top off the carb, But if you only need to get to the jet that can be done as above without removing the carb from the engine or opening the carb....

Thanks, I drew a blank until a little later. All I could remember was that I had modified a screwdriver to fit.
