I agree with all of that too. The opposite is, all my best lawns or landscaping jobs seem to be on cul-de-sacs or places that never have any traffic. Even if you put a sign up, no one sees them. It's always the crappy ones people see.

Well my atvs engine took a crap big time thanks to my buddy nearly flipping it in a huge mud pit. So I found an awesome deal on a 2007 kawasakie prairie 360 last friday. This one is basically identical except it is white. Its in excellent condition with low hrs and even has a nice warn winch:

Use it for plowing and aerating sometimes. Its not really that much I paid 3200 for the last one. To put it in nnj18 persepective I could sell it for $4500 easily. It was a good deal, yeah I got the money (ie I save do keep buying/selling mowers) but I want another truck so that hurt that a bit but I love atv riding.
