Leaves turning yellow/Red

I did a planting in June for a customer. The plants around the house (inkberry and Euyonomous) leaves are turning yellow and red, looks almost like fall foilage. Some of the leaves on the inkberry are falling off as well. What is going on? We have had a lot of ran lately, too much water? I have not fertilized yet, could there be a lack of fert? Any suggestions would be great!

If they have plenty of water fertilize them with a good slow release like osmocote. Make sure they are not too deep or sitting in water. Sounds like they may be slightly stressed or need food.
