Wanted: Stander mower (Great Dane, John Deere, Wright Stander), or a Walker

As soon as my mower sells (see other thread to view ad for my Great Dane Scamper), I would like to buy or trade for a stand-up mower, or even possibly a Walker. I only have about $1500-$1700 to spend at maximum. It can have problems that need fixed, as long as it is nothing expensive like a needing a new engine. If it needs a hydro motor or wheel motor, that's no problem for me. The models I would be interested in would be a 48" or 52" Great Dane Super Surfer, John Deere 647 or 657, or a 48" or 52" Wright Stander. Also a 48" Walker mower would be a possibility. I will not consider any mowers with Briggs & Stratton engines, only Kawasaki and Kohler. Post photos and some details about the mower if you have one. I am located near Peoria IL, and would be willing to drive up to 4 hours distance to pick up. Thanks for your help.

Hate to bust your bubble but i wish you luck ,if thats all you got to spend . Even most high hour machines will cost about 2000 or more, espsecially cause of the deck size you want

Yes, I would be VERY interested once my mower sells. How much would you take for it? 900 hours doesn't worry me a bit. I have the 15HP Kawasaki KAI (basically the same engine), and it is my favorite because of it's huge power, and reliability. I have a Great Dane dealer right here in Peoria, which is nice.

I might consider that. I have a 48" Great Dane Scamper that I am selling (see my other post). I might be able to do a trade plus cash once my other mower sells.
