I don't believe so.

He cuts the lawns of a couple thousand residential government properties and learned shortly after buying the mower that the gates could be removed when necessary in order to fit a larger mower. He then replaced the smaller mowers with 48" mowers.

His cousin is the largest sub under the prime with the LRA contract. I believe that they have somewhere around 3,000 properties. Total LRA properties being maintained is somewhere around 9,000.

It's pretty hard to get in as a new sub, I have some connections with the former project manager for the prime as well as some of the other staff there and was unable to get put on.

You don't even want to know what kind of $ figures they're bringing in for those 3k properties....

I dunno , I'll let ya know , I aint to crazy bout the hustlers I am a scag man , but we'll see depends if my insurance comes through for me , I am waiting to here back from my adjuster since the storm , had a ton of tree and fence damage , roof siding etc. , but if they come through , I should be able to do the cleanup and repairs myself and have a little spending money left over for a new mower if not I'll have to get a used one ... but I wont no anything for a few days ... my friend I was talking about has 250 LRA's and he's only getting about 28 or 29 a lot and said he has to take pics of each lot before and after cutting and he wants to sub 50 out to me but he wants 10 off the top and their in st bernard parish and with the drive and paying help so I can do em all in a day , I don't think I'd make more than 300 or 400 and thats alot of work for a little money ...
