paver install price
got a call from a guy about installing pavers today its about 800 square feet and i need a little help pricing it out. he has the pavers and just wants them installed. help please.

more info aboutt he base there or not are you suppling anything at all or just labour? you have to explain better. maybe some pictures.

well best thing to do is what i did for pricing in my area call every company until one spills the beans. just don't show them the job just ask how they would go about pricing a job simila to this.

well it is really the only way to get the going prices in your area
or you can ask if he has quotes already and what they are.

what is a going price anyway?
the going out of business price? the i'm going to lose money on this price? how much are you willing to do the job for and cover your expenses? calling another company with different overhead will never help you. how long will it take and how much do you want to make it is that simple no magic dust no man behind the curtain just make the damn price up but don't waste a businesses time asking about a job they will never get thats just wrong. Hardscaping you have a lot of advice for someone who has not been around long. a few weeks ago you wanted everyone here to tell you how much to charge on a job that you never were going to get.

pricing in my area
If its a 800 sq ft driveway on clay with a standard paver(@2.10sq ft) 12800.00 (-cost of pavers) includes 3" #3`s, geo-grid fabric, 12" 2a modified limestone compacted in 4" lifts, 1" bedding sand
sidewalk/patio 8800.00 (-cost of paver) geo-grid fabric, 6" 2a modified limestone, 1" bedding sand also add if there are cuts, custom work, sealing, and its tough to get to, you know the bull **** factor.
