Need Urgent Help with block ID

Hi everyone,
Trying to get a wall install. The company that did this job did a bad job. I have no idea what block this is. I have asked many many people. Looked though dozens of books cannot figure it out. Can you please help??

Dimensions: Back face 6" wide
5" tall

Front face 8" wide
6" tall

I would have said Uni Lock Pisa II but that lip on the back is weird. Great idea though you can lay the brick down straight and not crush you fingures!

how does it lock together? I have seen that rear shelf before.

looks like allan block, but the bottom set back edge is way to sharp. i think it might be allan block though. that would be the AB junior classic.

Not allan block jr. either, they are the same height as ab regular which is 7 3/4. The sides dont look like ab either but the bottom lip is close and cap looks close.
