api oil Certification

a lot of talk about oil lately,hers a list of almost every oil out there and if they have been certified http://eolcs.api.org/DisplayInfo.asp?Info=CompanyNames

Whats the point, the average Joe could give a "rats" about API rating, their looking for the cheapest way out. Until the average consumer realizes the true benefits of Syntehtic lubricants vs conventional lubricants these lists serve no true benefit to the consumer. Just a list of the Players
