Hard time ID with this Juniper

Kind of like a 'Sky Rocket' in that it is vertical and upright, but these have a slight twist to them. Not extreme like other varieties but pronounced enough that it is definitely not 'Sky Rocket'. Haven't been able to find it online yet. Thanks in advance. I am in zone 8 BTW.

You might be right about the Robusta, but my nurser and I actually think it is a Hollywood Juniper that has been limbed up. Make sense?

That was my first thought. If it is a Hollywood, it's been tamed by someone for a few years.
