We have one house left and this dam snow is delaying it. Which sucks because I can't put the vac away take the leaf box off etc etc. this snow and the hurricane messed everything up hardcore haha

If you havent done so already you should contact FEMA, or the shore towns directly. There is enough work for at least 6 months more, clean-up sand removal etc.

Hey guys I was hoping someone can help me out.

Been in business for 5 years as Sole Prop. I just got done turning my business into an LLC. I'm going to be buying a used F-250 and want it lettered. I have a commercial auto insurance policy ready to go just trying to find the right truck.

My real question is about registration, commercial plates and commercial auto insurance. I know I need commercial plates but does the registration need to be in the company name because the commercial insurance is in the company name?

Or can it be registered under my personal name and just get commercial plates and commercial insurance with the company name? My wife will be financing the truck because her credit is excellent (so is mine) but she shows alot more income then i do to get a 2.9% rate. I hope this make sense.

I have commercial plates with me as owner not company name my insurance company said they don't care who's name on registration

Thanks for replying. Are you an LLC? Is your truck financed?

I'm finding out that I'm going to have to be on the loan for financing and then register in my name then get commercial auto in company. Or the loan be in company name. The company just formed so I would not be able to get a loan. I'm being told its all because of the LLC filing. If I was a sole proprietor this all wouldn't matter.

I'm just trying to do all the right things and NJ makes it very difficult.

Hi. Im a LLC and everything asociaed with my business is in my business name; Truck,trailer and all insurance and registrations. keeps business seperate from your personal things. btw... everything is paid for..so might be different for you..
