I may be reading this wrong but i believe that it is only free if you are an existing member or you pay $100 or more to become a member.
It is listed as a private show on garden state web site under events.
so if you dont join you would not be welcomed???

$45 per person
TRADE SHOW ONLY
$20 per person or
FREE for NJNLA members
& employees who
