Where'd you buy a farm at? I wish I could talk my wife into some land like that. I'm gonna buy some land up near Boone prolly next year.
You could consider building a 3 car garage(you know you'll want one anyway) with living space above until.............
I'd have that thing built with my screened porch facing the pond....................
