Is it legal to attach flyers etc to these types of mail boxes?

Even the home owners Assoc is in on the act?

I really don't know if it is legal or not, but I wouldn't think it would look good for your business. Anything attached to it will really make it look bad and probably get on a lot of people's nerves. This is probably a good neighborhood for door hangers.

I agree. I already have SNOW yard signs up in the entry and exits of this area.

Many of the Yard signs look very tacky as well - mine are way above average IMHO.

I've got one of those boxes in my neighborhood, have never seen one flyer on it. I would assume the rules are the same for it as they would be for the other ones.

Yes its illegal.

No, it probably wont be enforced.

Unless there is a complaint or it impedes the carrier.
