NY Cleanups.. whats low?

I was doing a cleanup today and the neighbor had me come over and give him a price on just the front.... about 6 7,000 sqft about 5 beds filled with hedges and scattered shrubs and a lawn full of leaves.... I told him 250 he basically laughed and said he was thinking 125 .... I estimated 2.5 hours at 50 an hour per guy (being 2 guys)....

What is an accurate or aprox hourly to charge in ny?? or around this area or any where.... I feel like im a high hitter with my 50/hour

what equipment are you using to do the job?
i am out in Suffolk also, and i am charging nywhere from $90 and hour to $150 an hour.
Some people are just cheap and dont realize the cost associated with leaves (dump fees, help, gas, and the expensive equipment)
I would have told him $300 probably.
you win some you loose some

Damnnn 90 - 150? And I thought 50 an hour was low... we got a reg 10 cubic yard dump body f350, 2 redmaxs, and 2 big tarps no vac... just mowers to push the piles together

So is your pricing per man?

as a solo here in ct i am averaging $125 hr. 10hp giantvac wb, 630eb, ferris with collection system, 16hp swing away vac and a dump insert and box. With all that euipment no way would i do $50 an hour.
