Complete TurnKey Business (West DFW, TX)

This is truly a unique business opportunity for the entrepreneur looking to break into the industry - or a local company wanting to expand the easy way. For sale is a complete "turnkey" portion of our business, one of the largest lawn care providers in the DFW Metroplex. The sale will include no less than 67 in "good standing" residential customers with total generated sales of $69,331.18 for fiscal year 2008; the opportunity for $18,000 in commercial subcontract agreements; 100% of new customer referrals in zip codes that we will no longer service; over $30,000 in equipment.

$60,000.00 - will finance with half down for a term of six months at 10% interest.

Further documentation will be provided to seriously interested parties only - please send private message to set up an initial interview.

I think He's saying they are dropping accounts in some zip codes, but retaining customers in others. Must have lots of customers in zips they are still servicing?

We are selling a very small portion of our business - essentially 3 zip codes that we will no longer service. Equipment pictured is included in the sale along with the truck, a 1997 Isuzu NPR 4cyl Turbo Diesel.

Anyone in this business understands advertising and customer acquisition costs, for the legitimate business owner an investment of far more than $60,000 would be required under normal circumstances for the equipment and customer list included in this sale. This is a complete turn key, put your business name on the truck and start making money.

Do you have a 36 or 48 inch WB you would be willing to sell? Just started this year part-time in the Keller/Ft. Worth Area. Needing a larger mower than my 21 commercial toro.

Michael - this is an all or nothing sale, we will not be parting out equipment or accounts.

Seperate from this sale we will soon be putting about 15 21'' Toro Prolines on the market - price will range from $400 to $600 depending on the mower.
