advertising dollars ?
I am making plans for next spring. I will be doing more advertising than I usually do. I already plan on about 55K flyers being inserted in the local paper. I am more worried about me being able to keep up with the estimates than my guys being able to do the work. I usually only send out 20k flyers at the most and get a pretty good response. How many flyers / doorhangers do you guys put out? And how many guys have other employees doing estimates along with themselves?
