Anybody?

Ok I am just seeing if I am not crazy. All my buddies think that I have a serious problem.

Does anyone have to watch going to your dealers in order to not spend everything you make ha. I am good about saving money ( have had several people tell me that I am a penny pincher) but when it comes to wanting more an more equipment I cant get enough. My local stihl dealer knows me by name. I was just going to see if anyone else had this problem.

I'm kind of the same way. Every time I'm there (which is a lot), I want to buy stuff, but my wife keeps me in line. Plus I'm really trying to watch my spending because I want to pay off some of my financed stuff so that I can see some more profits.

I think your problem is you want to grow your company and you think buying all kinds of stuff is going to do that. My advice is to focus more on customer service and selling more services.. you will make more profit that way..

Ditto

If it wasn't for my wife keeping me in-line, I wouldn't be in business.

I've got tons of old equipment that I've found used that has been more than sufficient for my business. I would love to get new blowers, trimmers, etc.. but I know what I have works, and I can work on them myself if I need to.

Someday everything I own will be new and shiny, for maybe a month
