Has anyone ever tried the Bobcat B950 breaker???

I have a chance to buy a Bobcat B950 hydraulic breaker. It is the 500 lb. class breaker. This is my first purchase and am looking for feedback on this unit. I have tried google search for reviews and came up with nothing, so now I am asking the experts in the industry. This unit is in excellent condition. Approximately how many years old would this be and what are the pros and cons of this unit?

I would not recommend them to my customers. I want to keep them coming back to me. I have heard to many repair stories about them. I would Go with a Stanley...

I used one and hated it, way too much vibrations and not enough energy going into the concrete, it requires more oil flow, and my deceased DAEMO 725 pounder did a faster job,.
Look at buying a Cat jackhammer, I've rented them 3 times now and I love it.

I own a B950. It has x-change mounts so it will go on Bobcat excavators or loaders with the loader mount. I haven't had any problems with mine and they seem to take the extreme abuse from the rental fleets with average downtime.

Read the operators manual if you don't have experience with breakers. It's important to keep the nitrogen bladder charged, grease every couple hours, try to keep the point 90 degrees to the work surface, immediately stop the hammer once it punches through and don't pry or ram with the point. Breakers are expensive to buy and repair so a little preventative maintenance will help to get the most use before repairs.
