That truck is in good shape and rust free
 It is hard to tell if that truck has the 185 wheelbase if it has a 14 foot dump on it. Those old F-Superduty trucks with that kind of wheelbase turns real sharp  My F-Superduty trucks I had only had the 161 wheelbase and a 12 foot deck they hauled good loads. Tough trucks the biggest drawback is the brakes are too small. Many times I ran out of braking power. The other problem is the 16 inch tires don't last long. Under that kind of weight the truck can haul it peals the tread off of cheap tires like nothing. With the curb weight on these trucks being lighter than the newer F-450s my 95 F-Superduty PSD I had weighed 8300lbs with a 12 foot deck. My current 03 F-450 weighs 9400lbs. The OBS cabs are a little smaller and weigh a little less.

solid, no frills
Drove one just like that at the last place I worked, was a great solid built no frills truck. I remember washing the bottom out with a wet mop as it had no carpet. Easy clean out.
