If I had more confidence in my mechanical ability or had a dealer closer than 50 miles away,BB would more than likely be my next mower.

I believe that Bad Boy offers the most mower for the money hands down. There are alot of different mowers out there, but no one offers the features that BB has for anywhere close to the money. Not to mention we are all spoiled to the suspension system now, before we never dreamed of having suspension because the Ferris was so expensive, but now there are alot of comfortable people around here mowing grass...lol!

Anyone know what the going prices are on these setup?

72" Lightning 31hp Kawasaki (and is this LC or not?)
72" Lightning 32hp Vanguard
72" AOS 27hp Kawasaki LC
72" AOS Vanguard 35hp

Courious what you guys think is the best engine? And if you know the going prices for each? It will not be used for bagging or mulching, just side discharge. Mostly on grass that is cut every 2-3 weeks, in a northern climate, so taking off 4-6" or so. Is the AOS's bigger pumps better for reliability?

Retro feel free to PM me prices, I pm'd you a couple days ago but havent heard back.

Thanks

I want to spend as little as possible for the best mower I can get to do the job lol. No mulching and no bagging. So I think I could get by with the 27hp on the AOS. The 27hp on my 66" does fine, so I would think the extra 6" wouldnt be a big deal. Unless the bigger pumps and faster speeds use up alot of the power, leaving less for the deck?

I'll pm you my #, if you could have retro call me it would be great. Thanks

These are accurate or dang near super close price's
the AOS 27 HP LC Kawasaki engine 72" ADS deck $8,899.
the AOS 35 HP AC Briggs Vanguard BB 72" ADS deck $9,495

if you want the extra power/torque I would opt for the 35 HP Vanguard BB.

So what makes the Bad Boy so much better than say a Bob-Cat? The money isn't even close http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=230325262575

Do you even know how Ebay works? that Bob-Cat is MSRP $11,690. the starting bid is $7,395, I doubt the dealer will let that ZTR go for the Starting bid.
