Just got Qxpress. Need help.

How do I schedule for a customer who I visit each week, but that customer pays a set rate each month. Basically I want a recurring schedule for each week, but I only want to charge once for the monthly service.

Probably an easy solution, but I just can't figure it out.

thanks.

Try using 'billing installment' for the monthly charge.

Go on their website and watch the tutorials. They are very helpful and will answer almost all of your questions.

Thanks a lot, that did it.

Now I need to figure out how to get the schedule straight. I tell it a customer's preferred day is Thursday for example, but its just putting that listing on for Wednesday (today)

I'll just have to watch the tutorials and take some time to figure this thing out.

Ditto on "billing installment"

Ditto on movies (11 minutes)

You probably scheduled the job and then changed the preferred date on the customer. Edit the job, make sure the preferred day is Thursday and click Generate Dates.

Ask away.

When I first started using it I kept forgetting to click "generate dates". that prob.is it. Once you learn it you'll love it. Every winter I keep learning a new thing it will do, which keeps making it more important to me.
