Michigan Contractors Beware of MCLI

I have seen the licensing propsal for Michigan, It is extremely restrictive, has anyone else had a chance to look at it

I would say that Michigan compared to Texas is like ,,um lets see Michigan is surrounded by fresh water and texas is surrounded by salt water

Interesting 'old school' language there, with the separate classes of Apprentice, Journeyman, and Contractor.

Got to enunciate carefully, if you go around telling people you're a "Master Irrigator." I'm a compulsive one, myself. (But probably not so much as Boots, judging from his pics).
