Ok, how about a caulking gun with liquid nails, just a dab will do ya!

I like to hit neighborhoods in fair weather after the trash guy get done, people will walk to the curb, door hanger fits on the mailbox flag, no walking

Speaking of the trash...I am pretty sure there's no federal law against putting flyers on trash cans You could tape it to the can or jam it thru the handle. The homeowner would see the beauty in the fact that if they don't want it, they can just drop it right in the trash!

I've gotten away from flyers myself, it's really hard to find anybody to pass them out anymore that doesn't throw 13 other LCOs flyers into the same packet. Also, when you really sit down and add up the total cost, they are not as cheap as they seem. Either you pay someone to pass them out, or waste your own valuable time doing it.

Here is a wonderful website for full color promotions.... www.hotcards.com I have used them for postcards, and business cards for years. I also agree with no tape, and just sliding them between the door and the jam. Most people hate to get these flyers (I know I am always annoyed by them), but you have to do what you have to do.

SCOTCH TAPE IS THE BOMB!! I did it on over $2000 fryers.. I never got one complaint!!!! and i pick up lots of new accounts from them. Its stands out and does not get mixed with all the junk in there mail box.. BUT be smart about it... put it on any thing and every thing that is not glass or paint. Instead put it on stuff like window frame or any hardware door may have and use small piece of tape.. be creative! goal is to make it stand out and not blow away lol ! and this way for sure they will pick it up and read it...after your 1st 20 homes u will have it down pat!!! O YEA and any day is good to hand out your flyer weekends are the best but i would just go every day and do as many as you can good luck man... get out there and don't give up !!

Thanks for all of your responses. Hope I didn't annoy anyone with my question.

Isn't it illegal to have flyers on mailboxes now a days? Used to be able todo that. Or maybe its just that they can't be in mailboxes?

In Canada we can just put them in mail boxes but I stopped delivering flyers myself a LONG TIME AGO. I can get them delivered with newspapers for 4 cents each.

But if you have to deliver them yourself and you cant put them in mail boxes you're best of getting door hangers instead of flyers. If you have to have flyers then you could put them in door bags.. $53 for 2000 of them.

http://www.rndsigns.com/merchandise.asp

But like I said for about $80 I can have them delivered as inserts in newspapers or in ad bags and I don't have to do anything. I mean 2000 flyers that would take me 3 days or so to get done, I'd much rather work those days then deliver flyers. It doesn't make sense to deliver flyers yourself unless you're flat broke.
