Your question was a valid one and definitely didn't annoy me. It is technically illegal to put fliers on mailbox flags. My friend in Georgia received a bill from the USPS when he did it. I've done it a bunch of times in my area and never had a problem. It is a common thing in my area. Just don't blame me if you try it and get popped by the Post Office. lol

Hmmm, good to know. I called the Post Office a few days ago to see how much that type of thing is enforced around here, and they said it has up to a $750 fine. Forget all that trash.

How do I arrange the newspaper to insert my flyers with the paper?

Yes, I am a US Marine, just getting the ball rolling. Haven't done this full time in a few years. I am a government employee, of coarse I'm flat broke... lol I took paper from work to print with, and printed all of my flyers using a printer in the lounge on base. Didn't cost me a dime. lol

lol I'm just going to buy post cards from Vista Print. Its a more practical and time efficient method of marketing.

Good for you! Are you a Marine Reserve or are you out. My employee is a Marine Reserve and he is set to go to Iraq in April. It sucks.

Are we talking the problem is with having Vista mail them in bulk or just the basic order and mailing them yourself. I've also heard bad things about the other companies as well.

No I am active duty, stationed in Beaufort, SC. I work night crew (3pm-4,5,6,7am), I'm just trying to do this part time for now, and branch out when I get out. I want to do something different besides working on F-18s all day. Getting back with my roots. lol

I always look up a new company before I send money away.
The only thing I can say with a high speed print house like hotcards is that if something gets screwed up it's your fault. They will not point out an error in the deign, because the print so much. If you dot all your i's and cross your t's, then you get a great deal. I have ordered 8 sets of 1000 business cards, 6 rounds of 1000 postcards, 1 round of 5000, and I am working in publisher on my next round of 2000 1/2 sheet flyers.

Doesn't matter to me who you use, Im just trying to be helpfull.

Former UH-1N mechanic here. I wanted to fly fighter jets [my dream] when I was kid but ended up working on aircraft instead. I'm a private pilot but it's just not the same.

I did an order with Vista last Fall went fine but I mailed the postcards myself.
