its not currently for sale, and this would be atleast 5yrs down the road if they don't go out before then. haha

not really sure, I dont think its so much a set cost as much as just getting some good employees and management and slowly bringing in newer / better / more efficeint equipment.

I think it's very possible. You seem to be pretty business savvy and as long as you hire the right personnel, you should be good to go.

Your ambitious for 18. What if the companies poor management has driven the name into the mud, or does so as they go out? Then you have nothing. TG came in here about 12 years ago and bought up several premium smaller LCOs for a total of about 12m annual revenue. They sucked so bad that they are down to 2-3m max right now in maintenance. I heard one of their former sales reps still cannot get work out of many management companies even though he's with a diffferent company now... nine years and he cannot live down the bad taste of poor qaulity and overbilling.

Thank You!! Well for some reason the customers love this company, and thats exactly what it is poor quality and overpriced. But the customers keep coming back and the quality isnt terrible its just not what it should be at......when you say the company name here people either love it and think its God or hate them....but with 300 maint accounts and like 4-5 landscape crews it must be more good then bad.

well if it has a half way decent shop and location thats probly pushin one mil. trucks and equipment another chunk.

either way sounds like its gona be a good amount of money.

Well seems like you have time on your hands being young and the possible 5 years as you say. Is there a business plan to keep you in the right direction?
