Hey, just wanted to add.

The two machine screws with nylon friction washers on the hopper plate also need to be kept tight.

They are located on the throttle side of the hopper. The nuts are in side the hopper. The phillips screws and washers are on the under side of the hopper, pinching the open close plate.
