Turf Tiger question

Looking at buy a Scag Turf Tiger 61, but it has a 22 Kawasaki FD661D?? never had a luquid cooled before but seems under powered. The scag TT I have now has a 25 Kohler on it and it was the smaller motor for that machine when I bought it. Any clue on it or anyone have one?

I have the same mower and engine, but when I got it I completely rebuilt the engine. Had the cylinder walls bored out and put in bigger pistons, new bearings, seals, gaskets and it does great for me now. The difference isn't that much more power but it has plenty and is a brand new engine now.

if it doesnt' have an insane amount of hours, i would jump on it. even if it did blow a new engine isn't much considering you are getting a tt for 1200, aslong as it has been taken care of.
