Is there a way to convert walker square drive to spline?

Hey guys, I know there is an adapter, but is there a way to just convert the attachment/deck to a spline drive? Excuse my ignorance, Im new to the walker crowd!

Maybe I am wrong but wouldn't you just change the pto shaft from a square to a spline style? It pops right off
