In 2007 GM & Navistar signed a "MOU" Memorandum of Understanding; which to us "laymen" it means their talking. The original MOU called for Navistar to purchase the GM medium duty truck line-up 4500/5500. I did some research before this post the MOU was killed in Aug 08. Currently with GM's money woes the deal is off the burner.
