I wanted to know what is the best way to bid on a commercial job and a residential job.Often times I bid "off the top of my head" and that is not good. Is there some type of guide that we can follow. I mean out here you don't want to "[B]underbid[/B]" or overbid. Just wanted to stay competitive with the "big boys" (even though that is hard to do). I know "bid wars" will happen but I wanted to stay as close to a fair price as possible. Thanks
