Help with business credit....HELP

Ok so I have read the posts on how to build business credit and looked iy up on others site for info to but I have a question that Im tryin to get a clear answer to.

I have been in business ten years as a dba filing taxes under my social number. I am incorparation and I know I have to get a Dand B number and the first few credit cards etc. assuming I do all this right how long till I can finance something meanigful ike a new trruck for the company?

also I have a D and B number now for my compoany but i am assuming that is under me since I am a dba. I am almost positive i have to get a new one right? and what about my past history on there i havent used it for anything but after ten years what if there is something positiove or negative on there does it matter after I onc and get a new number?

Any helpful tios would be great I Need new equipment this year and a trruck and Im not gonna get it with my personal credit. Thanks
