great stuff as always! I take it your pretty happy with the eXmark HP, I probably should have gotten one of those instead of my Toro, looks like it gives a little better cut from your pictures.

Looks Good. Do you mulch everything? Because right now seems hard to mulch with leaves on a lawn and you just don't get as nice of a finish.

I'm the same way. I haven't bagged a lawn down here in at least 3 years. What height are you cutting your yards at? I'm playing around with heights this year to make mulching in the summer easier.
