Try a mower shop or take it to a tire shop. I have a z plug. 300+ hours and can't believe we have never had a flat. Been some crazy places with that machine.

Fronts spend a lot of the time in the air. Our clay soils can be like concrete

Sounds like ur running a newer one with 2 front tires , I have older one with single front, which probably works and wears faster, I might just see if lt can send me new wheel an tire ready to bolt on, to eliminate running around , ty

forgot to post back,
in case it helps anyone else,
they are all tubeless tires,
and can be plugged just like a truck tire

so the bad news, not only was the front punctured one of the rears was also,
but its been a couple weeks and the plugs have held up

and im an idiot the machine has 195 hrs, so I feel bit better about the wear on the front tire

Glad to hear! My front right is flat sitting on the trailer. Hard to turn around with a flat lol.

Our machine came back today with the threaded down pressure piece/ rod snapped in two. LT is stepping up with a warranty piece. Its always something.

We have broke that too. It's awesome having a welding shop next door.

List of things that suck on our model, its a 2012.

Ignition switch - thread holder was stripped.

Left front caster broke, i mean broke off!

The locking brake will not stay locked.

All in all, great machine. Been giving it hell right out of the gate.
