Season Contracts - Snow plowing

Just wondering, I have never put any of my accounts on a Season contract with a monthly price. Just wondering if I am doing this right....

Ex: Mow lawn X amount of times per month, per season
Spring cleanup X amount
Mulch X amount
Ext.. X amount

Add up everything and devied by the season and get your monthly price. Is this the correct way to do this?

Thanks

That is how I did a few of mine:
mowing x's/season
plowing x's/season
spring/fall clean-ups
bed maintenance

add it all up and divide by 12.

Yes... but for snow protect yourself with a cap on total snowfall. I ended up working for peanuts on my contract snow accounts. They got more than their monies worth in less than 3 weeks of record snow. Glad I only signed up 3 under that plan.

Clearly spell out details what is included what is not.

I bill 6 months for mowing, 6 months for plowing. I mow 7 mo a year and plow 7 mo. I charge extra for mows over x and plows over x
